01 Definitions & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, and activities on the xr66 platform ("Platform"). In these Terms, "we", "us", or "xr66" refers to the entity operating the Platform; and "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person who is registered on or uses the Platform.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on this Platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at xr66, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to cancel any account where incorrect information has been provided.

Account Rules

• Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• xr66 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
• A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification.

Withdrawals may be delayed until the account verification process is complete. In cases of identity fraud, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

03 Age Limit & Eligibility

The following categories of persons may not use this Platform:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Residents of regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• xr66 employees, directors, or members of their immediate families.
• Persons whose accounts have previously been cancelled.

xr66 may request necessary documents at any time for age verification purposes. Registering with false information is a punishable offence and may result in the full forfeiture of the account balance.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Bangladesh's leading mobile banking and payment methods are available for deposits at xr66: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of technical issues or suspected fraud.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

xr66 offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

Welcome Bonus — Detailed Terms

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳15,000.
• The bonus is applicable only once per account.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum bet amount is ৳500 per round or spin.

General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
• xr66 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit bonus offers at any time.
• Bonus participation may be restricted on certain games.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the xr66 platform are operated fairly and transparently. We ensure SSL encryption and fair play.

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error, xr66 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• xr66 will not be held responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• If a technical error is detected in a game result, the relevant round will be reviewed.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets may be refunded or voided in accordance with the rules. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xr66 platform:

• Any form of cheating or fraud.
• Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Use of software bots, automated scripts, or hacking tools.
• Using another person's account or sharing accounts.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting a cyber attack on xr66's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and law enforcement may be notified if necessary.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by xr66

xr66 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraud or cheating.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Evidence of access from a prohibited region.

Closure by the User

You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed (provided wagering requirements have been met).

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Loss caused by software issues on a user's device.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party service failures.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events (earthquake, flood, war, government restrictions).
• Loss caused by a user's own negligence in a hacking or cyber attack incident.

xr66 reserves the right to correct any funds or bonuses incorrectly credited due to a technical error.
